A quality control inspection report is developed for each site, based on the Scope of Works.
All site supervisors and management staff have been trained in the procedures required to implement the quality assurance control on clients’ premises.
Material safety data sheets (MSDS) on all cleaning products used by cleaning staff within your site will be available in an easy to access area.
Each level of management has a direct responsibility when visiting client premises to ensure that the programs established on site are being implemented efficiently.
Maintaining regular contact with all customer representatives and ensuring meaningful communication is established on all aspects of the service provided. Any complaint received from a customer regarding cleaning standards, staff matters or breaches of safety rules or security must be dealt with immediately. Assistance must be sought from senior management without delay when necessary to ensure satisfactory resolution of any issue.
